Product Information

Acrefine ASI-V Housed Spring Isolator

Please be aware you are purchasing a technical product that requires engineering knowledge for use. If you are not familiar and do not have application experience with these products, we can provide technical help. Please send us an email.

Acrefine ASI-V type seismic vibration isolator is designed to restrain lateral and vertical equipment movement caused by external forces such as high winds or seismic events. The isolator housing is fabricated from high quality steel. Equipment motion is limited to 6 mm (1/4″) which also ensures out-of-contact operation under normal conditions. The operational height of the isolator is fixed, and any adjustment can be made via the adjustment nut located under the equipment bracket.

EASY SELECTION

  1. Begin by choosing the required deflection: 1” (25 mm) or 2” (50 mm). As a rule of thumb, higher deflection provides superior vibration isolation.
  2. Next, review the product dimensions carefully—detailed specifications are available in the Downloads section below.
  3. Finally, select the load capacities that matches your equipment requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTES

⛔️ Do not mix deflection models on the same installation, as their operational heights differ. For instance, if you select 1” deflection, do not combine models 1A and 1B, and never mix 1” with 2”.
