Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping services to selected international destinations. Please check back for updates or contact us if you have specific country inquiries.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Our orders are delivered by trusted courier partners including Evri and Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time as per Shopify standard is 1–3 business days. These delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is £4.90 for orders with a value up to £49. Standard shipping is free for orders above this amount.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including your tracking details (if applicable).

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund.

8. Returns and Refund
